A must visit train station if you are visiting Washington D.C. Has longest escalator in the Western Hemisphere.
To correct another post. Wheaton is NOT the deepest station, Forrest Glen is. What's unique about the Wheaton metro is that it has the longest continuous escalator on this side of the hemisphere. The unique thing about Forrest Glen metro is that not only is it the deepest, it's also the only station in the system with elevator only access.
Convenient to Wheaton, Kemp Mill, et al.
This is the Deepest Station ever? It's so hot, there are fans to keep passengers from passing out.
Really good station, better than Glenmont. It also has a very long escalator!
