Went there for black Friday and was able to find everything I needed. The place was packed but all the merchandise display was great and they were so organized. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, the only thing was that the trash outside was overflowing everywhere.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!
This particular time I came in to buy watch for myself and a computer for my son so the associates was excellent, knowledgeable and very helpful and me making my final decision. I purchase the computer and a watch I came back the next day and bought another computer. When I open the box and seen the quality of the computer I had to buy another. I must admit my son did the research and pick the computer out totally impressed.
I have been here many times over the past 8 plus years. I feel like this store has gone downhill. To only have one register open on a weekend during holiday season is stupid. There are always a plethora of employees standing around talking rather than trying to help the customers. I think this store is going to be closed within the next year.
When I was looking to get the neon yellow joy cons again the only best buy two have it each time they had three left.
The service leaves something to be desired but because of that there are sometimes goods sold out elsewhere and they'll have a stock or two of the item you need. When I was hunting for a Nintendo switch a few months back this was the only best buy in the area to have it.
I waited to purchase a Virgin Mobile phone only to have the customer service rep. tell me they will not activate in store unless I just signed up with Virgin Mobile. She explained it was her managers policy, not hers... Also, that this was because they were busy and activation was a courtesy. Oh and when I tried calling the store to ask about their policy, they gave me the run around and told me I had to call the store number back and use an extension but there were no managers available. GUESS THEY DONT LIKE MAKING MONEY!!! 10/10 would never go back
